Beauty At Home

The Beauty At Home initiative addresses the topic of anti-social behaviour with a focus on gang violence and knife crime.

The structure of this initiative is based on our research and analysis of the issues by highlighting its main contributing factors from which we also provide our client with stakeholder approaches and suggested new potential partnerships as well as methods of strengthening pre-existing partnerships.

The difficultly with addressing an issue such as gang violence is that it is ever changing social ebbs and flows can scatter navigation in regard to relationships with the right stakeholders to be in contact with, at the right time, and for the right projects. Also, because it is zeitgeist there are many types of stakeholders trying to address the matter, some of which are conducting excellent work and some of which are exacerbating the problem.

The Beauty At Home initiative is not a solution in itself, rather it is the identification and piecing together of the parts of the solution within the community.

For this initiative our method of categorising stakeholders and assessing the utility will be based not only on our personal assessment of the work they perform and the success in which it is conducted but also on a sociological framework which identifies the driving forces behind the factors which we perfect alongside our client.

The document attatched is the working model for the initiative and our current proposal for potential clients.
